Where we deliver

Netmart LLC delivers products ordered on obiprimeproducts.com to the countries for which a product page is published on this website, in the language of that country. Orders are delivered to the address indicated in the order form. We do not deliver to post office boxes.

Delivery times

The expected delivery time is indicated on the product page and may be confirmed when we contact you about your order. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. If delivery cannot take place within the agreed term, we will inform you and you may terminate the contract as described in our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery costs

The total price shown on the product page and in the order form is the amount payable on delivery. If any delivery cost applies, it is indicated before you send your order. No cost that was not shown before the order is added afterwards.

Payment on delivery

Orders are paid in cash to the courier upon delivery. No payment is requested in advance.

Receiving your parcel

When you receive the parcel, please check that the packaging is intact. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse the parcel or accept it noting the damage on the courier’s delivery document, and contact us. This does not affect your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity or your right of withdrawal.

Returns

For returns, please see our Refund Policy. If you withdraw from the purchase, the standard delivery costs you paid are refunded together with the price of the product.
