2. Data we collect

• Order data: the data you enter in the order form – name and surname, telephone number, delivery address – and the product and offer you selected.
• Communication data: the content of e-mails or other messages you send us, including messages sent through the contact form on our homepage (name, e-mail address, message), which are stored on our website server.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and similar data collected automatically when you browse the website, including through the cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Managing your order – confirming the order by telephone or e-mail, delivery, payment on delivery, returns, withdrawal, refunds and legal guarantee requests. Legal basis: performance of a contract and of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Security of the website and prevention of fraud and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the order data is necessary to process your order; without them we cannot accept it. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.

• the provider of the automation service used to transmit order data to our order-management and fulfilment systems (Make.com);
• the logistics and fulfilment partners and couriers that prepare and deliver your order and collect payment on delivery;
• advertising providers (Google, Meta) for the measurement purposes described above;
• professional advisers and public authorities, where required by law.

These recipients act as processors on our behalf or as independent controllers, as the case may be.

5. International transfers

Netmart LLC is established in the United States, and some of the providers listed above process data outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data are transferred outside the EEA, the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for certified recipients) or of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
