This page summarises the consumer’s rights when returning a product bought on obiprimeproducts.com from Netmart LLC. The full rules are set out in our Terms and Conditions (sections 7 and 8). Nothing on this page limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

Right of withdrawal – 14 days

• You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a person you indicated, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 52–59; Directive 2011/83/EU).
• To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for example through the contact form on our homepage. You may use the model withdrawal form included in our Terms and Conditions, but it is not obligatory.
• After receiving your communication, we will acknowledge it and tell you the address to which the goods must be returned. You must send the goods back within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
• The right of withdrawal does not depend on the product being unused or in its original packaging. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
• Some goods are excluded by law (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005), for example sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. If an exclusion applies to a product, it is indicated on its product page.

Refund

• We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.
• Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account you indicate, free of charge.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Faulty or non-conforming products – legal guarantee

Independently of the right of withdrawal, every product is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery (Articles 128 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005; Directive (EU) 2019/771). If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact us through the contact form on our homepage: you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge or, where the legal conditions are met, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
